Welcome to the new normal.
I am easing myself back into day to day life from being sick. Now, that I’m able to do more then sleep and hydrate I realize that creating a daily routine is going to be mandatory for my mental and physical well-being.
While I was under the weather I started re-reading my yoga teacher training materials. This is the guidance I need! I am returning to my daily yoga practice and studies to help strengthen one of my most important muscles – my self-discipline.
My daily routine will create a sense of calm, purpose and accomplishment as these days of essential home time stretch into weeks. Regular yoga practice, mediation and other home workouts will get me back to my physical and mental fitness.
