Welcome 2020!

I’m not much of a resolutions person. But I do believe that the year end and the start of a new one is a perfect time to reflect on life. What’s working, what’s not, what do I want to achieve and how I’ll make that happen.

In the coming days I will continue to:

  • Fine tune my health with a plant-based, active lifestyle;
  • Look for and engage in meaningful work;
  • Travel and experience different places;
  • Fully integrate my yoga practice into my lifestyle;
  • Create!

Here’s to a new day, new month and a new year of hope, adventures and to weathering the lows as gracefully as the highs!
