I’m not much of a resolutions person. But I do believe that the year end and the start of a new one is a perfect time to reflect on life. What’s working, what’s not, what do I want to achieve and how I’ll make that happen.
In the coming days I will continue to:
- Fine tune my health with a plant-based, active lifestyle;
- Look for and engage in meaningful work;
- Travel and experience different places;
- Fully integrate my yoga practice into my lifestyle;
